Back from Washington DC and digging out!
Back from Washington DC -Jeanie and I went up while Mom watched the kids -Exploring practice and teaching opportunities! Only a few days, but nice to get away and be in such a different environment from Florida. Today I finished a brief article on the use of folate in managing depression... quite a bit of research out there that I'll be sharing this week!

Dr. James Pendleton is a licensed primary care physician specializing in a naturopathic approach to family medicine. With over 21 years of clinical experience, he integrates the best of both conventional and complimentary healing. He works with patients in-person and remotely.
Dr. James has nurtured a family practice in Seattle, directed a VIP medical center in Abu Dhabi UAE, and managed the product development for Nature’s Secret/Irwin Naturals in Los Angeles.
